When I started my career over twenty two years ago I wanted to make a difference and through my journey to protect and serve have aligned myself with colleagues who have the same passion and determination for your best interests.

Brian Foley - President    

Brian Foley, the Owner and President of Foley Security Solutions, has made a career of security, safety planning and training.  Brian, an Orange County native,  established a full service security guard company in 2004, Briger Security Services.  Quickly, with Brian’s dedication and determination to succeed, Briger became one of the leading security guard services in the Hudson Valley.  Working as Briger’s President and CEO for more than 12+ years, Brian honed his skills in safety planning, training and strategic site analysis.  Brian executed security safety plans for Briger’s clients in education, retail, medical facilities, special events and many other business to business sectors.  Realizing that he truly enjoyed safety planning and training it was inevitable that Brian would launch Foley Security Solutions. At Foley Security Brian not only utilizes his knowledge and expertise in security and specialized training, but has branched out to include such services as Private Investigation, process serving and background checks.

Brian attended SUNY Orange where he earned an  Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice .  In addition to his degree in Criminal Justice, Brian has specialized training and certifications in:

Maria Glass - Vice President

Maria Glass is the Vice President for Foley Security Solutions, positioning the company to become a successful and distinct presence in the security industry. Her strengths include a comprehensive knowledge of sales and marketing strategies, a special ability for collaboration and team building and an unsurpassed dedication to the success of her clients.

After graduating from the State University at Oneonta, where she received her Bachelor’s of Science degree, Maria began her professional career as a sales coordinator for a media buying company in New York, NY. Quickly realizing her potential in sales, Maria moved on to a sales executive position with one of the nation’s leading media market research companies, Mediamark Research Inc... Maria was responsible for creating new business opportunities; establishing relationships with new and current clients; and growing the MRI brand in her assigned territory. Maria continued to work at MRI until she made the decision to take a hiatus and raise a family.

Maria soon re-entered the workforce accepting a position with Briger Security Services as an Account Manager. One of the benefits of working in a boutique sized company is the opportunity to wear many hats. Maria was able to draw on her sales and marketing background to solidify relationships with Briger’s client base. Maria then had the opportunity to formulate, write and execute company policies and procedures; establish daily operations; and help design and develop the company website.

In addition to enjoying a rewarding professional career, Maria is a dedicated wife and mother, die hard runner and an avid reader. 

Dennis Genco - Security Consultant/Trainer

Dennis Genco is employed by Foley Security Solutions as a security consultant and trainer. Dennis’ extensive background in security and the roles he has assumed over the years gives him the experience and knowledge to be an adviser for Foley Security Solutions. Dennis worked as the Director of Security at Hoboken University Medical Center, Security Coordinator at Yankee Stadium and an Account Manager for Allied Barton. Most notably, Dennis is a former Warden for the New York City Department of Corrections where he held several commanding officers positions and was a former Special Agent with the Department of Homeland Security. During Dennis’ tenure with Homeland security he was assigned to the FBI Joint Terrorist Task Force (JTTF) where he was the Manager of the Maritime Security Program.

In addition to Dennis’s extensive security background, he has years of experience in security training specializing in terrorism awareness, pepper spray and handcuffing and aggressive behavior management. Dennis was a a security instructor for Allied Barton Security Services, Briger Security Services as well as an instructor for the American Heart Association.

George Crinnion - Security Training Instructor

George Crinnion is the principal security trainer for Foley Security Solutions. In addition to working at Foley Security, George is the Assistant Director of Public Safety and Security / Senior Lieutenant City College of the City University of New York.

George has held his certified New York State Security Guard Instructor certification for 15 years. George was Briger Security Services school director for over six years, teaching the 8 hour /16 hour OTJ and 8 hour recertification training courses for individuals and large groups. George’s unique style and charismatic personality helped grow Briger’s training school into one of the largest and most successful in Orange County.

George has been involved in and attended over 13 security training courses, his knowledge of security and unprecedented training style has made George invaluable to Foley Security and it’s training program.

Jose Caraballo - Private Investigator

Jose worked as a correctional officer on Riker’s Island from 1984 to 2004. He was later appointed to the Intelligence Unit for the Bronx Criminal Court and the Gang Intelligence Unit. Jose has conducted investigations on gang-related criminal activities associated with assault on staff and fellow inmates, as well as contraband within prison facilities.

Jose served as the Corrections Department’s liaison to the NYC Police Department’s Bronx Central Booking, Office of the Chief Deputy Clerk, and the Bronx District Attorney’s Office NYS Courts. Jose has been an NYS-licensed private investigator since 2006. His skills and accomplishments include, but are not limited to the following:

  • United States Department of Homeland Security, Weapons of Mass Destruction Standardized Awareness Training
  • Understanding and Planning of School Bomb Incidents Awareness Level Training
  • Licensed to Carry Concealed Weapon Throughout the United States
  • NYC Police Department Intelligence Division (Specialized Protective Security Training)
  • Municipal Police Training Council NYS (Peace Officer Course)

James Donato - Security Specialist

In addition to his experience as a security professional, James is a successful instructor with a training background in non lethal weapons, firearms safety coach and warfare designator trainer.James Donato is one of Foley Security Solutions security specialists.  James has been working in the asset protection and security industry since 2002.  James holds two police academy graduating certificates, one from the US Navy and the other from Portsmouth VA Sheriff’s office.  James’ areas of expertise are in anti-terrorism/force protection, waterborne security enforcement, executive protection, building management and report writing. 

Currently James works as a full time NYS security guard for KH Briger services and is working on his education attending Orange County Community College to earn his degree in criminal justice and social work.

Eric Villegas - Security Consultant

Eric served in the U.S. Army as a Military Policeman for 3 years stationed overseas in West Germany. He has extensive training in counter-terrorism. Trained in personal security protection and assignments for security of dignitaries and ranking Military Officers. Trained in close security protection by the German Polizei. Extensive training in interior/exterior physical site security.Eric Villegas has spent the last 24 years working within the Law Enforcement community.

Served with the NYPD with distinction for 21 years.

 

 

 

James More - Armed Security Guard Instructor 

Jim retired from the NYPD as a Firearms and Tactics instructor after 24 years of service.

He is also certified by the NYS Division of Criminal Justice Services as a Security Guard Instructor and has been since 1993 for both Armed Guard and General Topics. 

Since the very beginning, Jim has been involved with the training of literally thousands of individuals and company employees in both armed and unarmed settings throughout NYC and the Hudson Valley.
                                                      
   
 

                                                                                                           

   

     

 

Aurora Rosado Lazzaro- Outsourced CFO

Aurora Rosado Lazzaro CPA, MBA,                                               

CGMA, Partner at Weber, Shapiro & Company,

LLP (WS & Co.) began her career at a large

regional accounting firm with industry exposure in a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, retail, nonprofit, software, professional services, and benefit plans. She has more than a decade of experience in accounting and auditing as well as experience in preparing individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns. Before being named WS & Co. Partner in January 2018, she served as the firm’s Director of Attest Services, overseeing audits, reviews, compilations, agreed-upon procedures, and other attest services for our clients. Active in industry organizations, Aurora is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the New Jersey Society of CPAs. She also participates in community service activities, including serving on the board of directors of AmpleHarvest.org, a New Jersey-based nonprofit devoted to solving hunger and malnutrition by reducing food waste. Aurora is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of William Paterson University, where she earned both a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
