Refund Policy

If a student is unable to attend the class they are registered for, they may attend the next
scheduled class at no extra charge. In the event the student is not able to reschedule a class, all monies will be returned be returned. A refund for the full amount owed will be refunded within 7 business days.
If you have already completed or started a course (some courses are more than 1 day long) we will not be able to provide you with a refund.
Membership Plans
If you have a membership plan you can cancel at anytime with no penalty. Access to any of our training classes will remain active until the month is up. For example, if you joined on the 1st of a month your membership is good through that month. Access will end once the month is over.

If you are eligible for a refund (only applies to non-membership purchases) then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days from the date of the refund request. Depending on your bank, the refund could take 7-10 day business days.
