Cancellation policy

All subscription plans are designed as a monthly plan and the customer will be billed on a monthly basis for the plan they register for. If you decide you want to change or cancel your plan at any time you can do so without penalty. If you change or cancel your plan you will lose access to any training classes you were registered for. Access to any of our training classes applies only to members with a current plan.
